Ludhiana: Health Minister Balbir Singh reached Ludhiana, Punjab today. The Health Minister inspected the Civil Hospital. He also held a meeting with doctors and staff. Union MLA Ashok Parashar Pappi was also present with him.
Health Minister Balbir Singh targeted the opposition and said that the central government should release Rs 1200 crore of Punjab’s rural development fund soon. The MPs who won from Punjab and went to the Lok Sabha should also raise the issue of releasing Rs 1200 crore in the Lok Sabha.
BJP misled people in the name of Lord Shri Ram
Balbir Singh said that BJP tried to mislead people in the name of Lord Ram but Lord Shri Ram has given the message by defeating BJP in Punjab that God does not belong to any one party.
Taking a dig at SAD chief Sukhbir Badal, he said that today the situation of Akali Dal has become such that they have to withdraw their candidate from Jalandhar by-election. Now SAD is supporting BSP. Akali Dal is on the verge of collapse. This time Aam Aadmi Party will win the by-election.
People should do yoga daily
Balbir Singh said that Punjab is the first state where yoga is conducted. People who believe in yoga today will not need a hospital tomorrow. Civil Hospital of Ludhiana is a very big hospital. There are some flaws here which are being corrected. Stock of medicines etc. has also been checked.
The government is making every possible effort to keep the staff and medicines complete. The building of the civil hospital is also being repaired. Now such facilities are being started in the civil hospital so that the patient does not have to be referred to PGI.
Every facility will be started at 6 urban centers
There are 6 urban health hospitals, work will now be started in them too. Small operations will be done there. AAP government is paying special attention to health and education. Doctors will also be recruited soon. It will take at least 3 to 4 months for that.
About 550 doctors will be appointed in the first phase. The NEET exam conducted by the central government got leaked. This is a big negligence of the government. NEET papers are held in Punjab too but no paper is ever leaked.
