This incident happened to Atul Gulati, who lives on Airport Road.

Amritsar: In Amritsar, Punjab, robbers looted the car driver by luring him into a conversation. They stopped the car by telling him that the car was on fire and the engine oil was leaking. After this, they lured him into a conversation and fled with the bag full of money kept in the back seat of the car. The police are now scanning the CCTV cameras installed in the area so that information about the accused can be obtained.

This incident happened to Atul Gulati, who lives on Airport Road. After the complaint, the police registered a case and started action. Atul Gulati said that he was coming from Batala to Amritsar in his Honda Amaze car last evening.

He had collected money in Batala, which he had filled in a bag and kept in the back seat of the car. The bag contained more than 50 thousand cash and checks worth about 3 lakhs and important documents. He stopped at Sharma Dhaba on Amritsar Batala Road to get food packed. After this, when he turned back towards the bypass and reached near Sun City, two youths on a bike signalled him to stop.

Atul said that the accused asked him to get out of the car immediately. He said that engine oil was leaking from his car, and smoke was also coming out of the car. Hearing this, he got scared and came out of the car. Seeing that there was engine oil on the car, one of the accused got the bonnet of his car opened. He started looking at the car, while the accused cleverly took out the bag from the car and fled.

After the complaint, the police started searching the CCTV in the area. Atul told me that when he was getting food packed from BK Dhaba, the accused had stolen his car. Not only this, but they also threw oil on the bonnet of the car at that time. The police are currently engaged in an investigation and are getting information from the CCTV in the area. He demands that the accused be caught soon.
