Now, regarding this, Harsimrat Kaur Badal, wife of SAD president, who was elected MP from Bathinda, has given a statement in Delhi. Badal has said in her statements that the entire Shiromani Akali Dal is united and stands with Sukhbir Badal.

Harsimrat Badal lashes out at BJP

Shiromani Akali Dal MP from Bathinda Harsimrat Kaur Badal said- Some stooges of BJP are trying to break the Shiromani Akali Dal. They want to do the same as they did in Maharashtra. Shiromani Akali Dal is united and they are going to fail.

Out of 117 leaders, only 5 leaders are against Sukhbir Badal. While 112 leaders are standing with the party and Sukhbir Badal. All the leadership of all the circles is with us.

At the same time, on the election of Om Birla as Speaker, Badal said – The central government has always dominated, the Center has chosen the Speaker without the opposition. This harms the people.

SAD held separate meetings in Jalandhar-Chandigarh

Let us tell you that on Tuesday in Jalandhar, Punjab, a big meeting was held by the Shiromani Akali Dal against its own party. This meeting took place when Shiromani Akali Dal chief Sukhbir Singh Badal was holding a meeting with all the leaders in Chandigarh.

Many other senior leaders including Sikandar S Maluka, Surjit S Rakhra, Bibi Jagir Kaur, Prem S Chandumajra were present in the meeting. During this, Prem Singh Chandumajra said- Why has the Akali Dal become so weak? Today we have fallen from the sky to the ground. To bring it back to the old position, change in the party is now necessary.

Chandumajra said- On July 1, all of us Akali leaders will bow our heads in Sri Akal Takht Sahib. On July 1, we will start the Shiromani Akali Dal Bachao wave from there. We will include senior Akali Dal leaders in this journey. Chandumajra also said- I appeal to party chief Sardar Sukhbir Singh Badal not to ignore the sentiments of the workers, but to understand them. The party will take a decision after the voting.
