New Delhi: After the detailed report of the interview of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi came out in the Punjab Haryana High Court, the matter was also raised in Parliament on Friday. Ludhiana MP and Punjab Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring called Lawrence Bishnoi a terrorist of the country in the House. The MP asked the Center whether the Center could tell how long it would be stopped.
Amarinder Singh Raja Warring said in the House that he wanted to talk about a big gangster in the country, whose name is Lawrence Bishnoi and his terror is spread all over the country. He said he (Lawrence) is lodged in Sabarmati Jail in Gujarat. Lawrence has killed world-famous artist Sidhu Moosewala and he says that he will kill Salman Khan.
In his speech, he further said, “Today his terror is at its peak in Punjab. He takes ransom from businessmen and whoever does not pay the ransom is killed. About 6 months ago his interview came from inside the jail. We made noise and the High Court took suo motu cognizance. After that, it was revealed yesterday that the police got his interview done in a big channel. One was done in Punjab, the other in Rajasthan.”
He further added, “He goes to the court as if he is the Home Minister of the country. Will the central government do something about the person who kills people or not? He kills people every day. This government talks about outside the country, the government should do something about this terror spreading in the country.”
Just two days ago, a big revelation was made in the case of the interview from jail of notorious gangster Lawrence, the mastermind of the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. The first interview of the gangster was done in police custody in Kharar, Punjab whereas, the second interview was done in a jail in Rajasthan.
This revelation was made from the report of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) investigating this case. The SIT had submitted its sealed report to the Punjab and Haryana High Court which was made public on Wednesday.
