Jalandhar: Half day announced in Schools and colleges on Nov 25 in view of Nagar Kirtan

Jalandhar: Due to ‘Nagar Kirtan’ to be held in Jalandhar on November 25 in connection with the Prakash Parv of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, half-day holiday has been announced in government/private schools and colleges located in the city.

According to an order issued here today, Deputy Commissioner Vishesh Sarangal said that due to ‘Nagar Kirtan’ on November 25, the traffic police have issued a route diversion plan in the city. He said that orders have been given to declare half-day holiday on 25th November in government/private schools and colleges.
