Thankfully, the said young woman did not suffer any major injuries in the incident. At the time of the incident, two women were in the car, who had left in their car late at night to eat something from a colony located on Cool Road. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police of Police Station Division Number-6 reached the spot for investigation.

The victim said – the accused stopped her by showing hands and pointed a pistol at her

The victim Sukhwinder Kaur told that, late on Monday night she had come out of the house with one of her family members to eat something. The victim was standing with the car near the BMC Chowk. During this time, two boys came there and as soon as they came, they took out pistols. As soon as the accused came, they started saying that take out whatever cash and goods you have.

Sukhwinder Kaur told that she got scared after seeing the pistol, after which she immediately showed bravery and drove her car and increased the speed of the car. Sukhwinder told that when she reached the square of Cool Road, her car went out of control and hit the divider. After which her car overturned there. Seeing the car overturn, the accused immediately fled from there.

The girls were taken out with the help of passersby

Sukhwinder Kaur told that, when her car overturned, she was conscious. During this time, she was somehow taken out with the help of passersby and was immediately taken to a nearby private hospital. In the incident, the victim’s hand was seriously injured. After treating her, she was immediately discharged. As soon as the incident was reported, the police of Police Station Division Number-6 reached the spot for investigation. The victim’s car was lying at the crime scene till morning.

SHO said – the accused will be arrested soon

Thana Division Number-6 SHO Sahil Chaudhary said that there was no loss of life in the incident. A case will be registered on the basis of the victim’s statement and CCTV cameras installed behind the vehicle will be searched to search for the accused. The accused will be arrested soon.
