Ekam Trading Company of Ludhiana, Punjab, cheated the owner of Style of Mahajan Tyre Showroom in Jalandhar of lakhs of rupees. In this regard, an FIR has been registered against the owner and family of Ekam Trading Company of Ludhiana in Thana Division No. 4 of Jalandhar City Police.
The accused got the goods worth about Rs 77 lakh prepared by the victim and then did not pay the money. Due to this the victim complained about the matter, after investigation the police registered a case. At present, no accused has been arrested in the case. Soon the police will issue notice to the accused and include them in the investigation.
In the complaint given to the police, Vineet Mahajan said – Sahib Singh, the owner of Ekam Trading Company of Ludhiana, came to his shop on 25 July 2024 and asked to sell the tire tube further. Took the goods from him and also made the payment.
After building trust, he again took tyre tubes and other items worth Rs 49 lakh 69 thousand 725 and then Rs 27 lakh 21 thousand 600. After this, he neither sold the items nor returned the money. After which a complaint was made to the police, after investigation a case was registered against the trading company owner Sahib Singh, his wife Harpreet Kaur, mother Rajwant Kaur and father Varinder Singh.
