Khanna: Road accidents are continuously increasing in Punjab. Today, the latest case of an accident has come to light from Khanna in Punjab. In this accident, 5 vehicles including a truck loaded with chillies collided with each other. In this incident, 2 people have been seriously injured while 1 person has suffered minor injuries.
This collision of vehicles took place on Khanna GT Road. The SSF team reached the spot took the injured to the hospital and cleared the road. The lights of the National Highway have also been off for a long time.
The great negligence of the National Highway team is being seen in Khanna on the Amritsar-Delhi route, where the foggy season has already started but the lights of the National Highway have been off for a long time and have not been replaced till now. Due to low visibility, many accidents take place every day on the national highway.
This morning too, 5 vehicles fell victim to accidents one after the other on the National Highway in Khanna. Fortunately, no loss of life has been reported in this accident. Though its not clear how all vehicles collided but it is speculated that the collision of the vehicles was due to low visibility.
As soon as the accident was reported, the SSF team also reached the spot timely rushed the injured to the hospital, and cleared the road.
