Ludhiana: Drunk Cops created ruckus at hospital, Higher authorities to take action

Senior police officers can suspend them or send them to the line.

On the night of 10 February, drunk police personnel created a lot of ruckus in Ludhiana, Punjab. One police employee even drove his car on the divider. After the uproar, SHO Gurjeet Singh of Thana Division Number 2 reached the spot.

In this case, SHO got the three police personnel medically examined and prepared a report, and sent it to the senior police officials. According to sources, it has been learned that these three police personnel are sure to face action in this case. Senior police officers can suspend them or send them to the line.

According to the information, three police personnel of the post were drunk and drove their car on the divider, due to which the road was blocked. When media personnel reached, they started arguing with them. After which SHO Gurjeet Singh was informed about this.

He came to the spot and got the three employees medically examined. But they also started arguing with the SHO. Somehow, the police got their medical done. SHO Gurjeet Singh said that the medical of all three was done and its report has been sought. But before that, a report of action against the three has been prepared and sent to the senior officers.
