Ludhiana: Farmers gave ultimatum to NHAI; Ladowal toll plaza rates should be reduced

These leaders have issued this ultimatum on social media. Toll rates have been increased for the third time in the year. People are angry with the expensive toll.

The most expensive road tax in the state is currently being charged at the Ladowal toll plaza on NH-44 of the National Highway Authority of India. There is a lot of anger among the people about this expensive toll plaza.

People’s vehicles will be taken out for free

Despite this, instead of reducing its rates, NHAI is increasing it every year. Now opposing this, the Bharatiya Kisan Mazdoor Union has given an ultimatum to the NHAI to reduce the rates.

Pradhan Dilbag Singh said that if the toll rates are not reduced, then on Sunday a complete protest will be held and people’s vehicles will be taken out for free.
