Hotel owner former MLA Jassi Khangura had said goodbye to Aam Aadmi Party 23 days ago and joined Congress.

Khangura is close to Raja Warring

Khangura is also very close to Congress candidate Amarinder Singh Raja Warring. According to sources, the Election Commission and Income Tax Department had information that a large amount of money was lying in the hotel to be used in the elections.

The teams checked the hotel rooms late at night. The teams even checked the belongings of the rooms in which Raja Warring’s close associates or those with him were staying. Police officials remained silent in this matter.

Police misbehaved with journalists

The police of Thana Division Number 5 misbehaved with the journalists who had come to cover the incident. ACP Jatin Bansal, who reached the incident spot, said that he does not have complete information about the case yet. There was some information due to which police teams are checking the hotel today.

Bansal said that the police often checks hotels on a routine basis. The case will be investigated and full information will be given to the media. The officers were checking the hotel at 1.30 in the night. The officers have even checked the documents of the hotel.
