Mastermind of printing fake notes arrested in Ludhiana after 7 months

Police have now arrested him as well based on secret information and presented him in the court.

Ludhiana: Police have arrested the mastermind accused of printing fake notes in Jagraon of Ludhiana district. The accused was absconding for the last 7 months and today the CIA staff of the police succeeded in catching him. The accused has been identified as Harbhagwan Singh alias Mithun, resident of village Baghelewala Moga. Police have produced the accused in the court and obtained a remand of 2 days for interrogation.

The police believe that many big revelations can be made during the interrogation of the accused. Giving information in this case, ASI Dharminder Singh of CIA staff said that about seven months ago, the police had caught an accused who printed fake notes and supplied them further. When the accused came to the bus stand of village Chowkiman to supply fake notes on the instructions of his partner he was caught by the police.

The police had registered a case against the mastermind and both the accused in Sadar police station in this case. The accused have been identified as Kuldeep Singh alias Bengali resident of village Lade and HarBhagwan Singh alias Mithun resident of village Baghelewala Moga. Police arrested Kuldeep Singh and recovered fake notes worth Rs 5800 from him. However, the mastermind accused Har Bhagwan Singh was out of police custody.

Police have now arrested him as well based on secret information and presented him in the court. It is expected that more revelations will be made after the kingpin is interrogated.
