Mising Jalandhar businessman’s daughter in law found dead from Goindwal Sahib river

The body of the daughter-in-law of plywood businessman Naresh Tiwari of Jalandhar, Punjab, who went missing on Saturday, has been recovered from the Goindwal Sahib river.

Jalandhar, June 16: The body of the daughter-in-law of plywood businessman Naresh Tiwari of Jalandhar, Punjab, who went missing on Saturday, has been recovered from the Goindwal Sahib river. This was confirmed by plywood businessman Naresh Tiwari. He said that he has just come to know that the body of his daughter-in-law has been recovered from the river. The family has left for Goindwal Sahib from Jalandhar.

Let us tell you that plywood businessman Naresh Tiwari runs two plywood companies named Wintech Prelam and Virgo Panel Products. Businessman Naresh Tiwari said that his daughter-in-law went missing under suspicious circumstances last Saturday. After which, there was no trace of her. A complaint was lodged with the police, and the police were investigating the matter when the body was recovered from Goindwal Sahib.

Tiwari said- I had gone to Beas for puja

Plywood businessman Naresh Tiwari said that his daughter-in-law had gone to Beas in Amritsar for some puja. During the immersion, she slipped and was swept away in the river. After which, the search for the daughter-in-law was on. But today afternoon, he received a call from Goindwal Sahib that the body of his daughter-in-law was found.

Naresh said- Sonam was about 39 years old and was married to his son, Mandeep Tiwari. She was searched the whole day on Sunday, but no clue was found till late at night. Search was conducted in the river as well as the surrounding areas. The flow of water of the Beas is very fast. In such a situation, searching at night is challenging.

The last message was sent to her husband

Regarding this, SHO Dalwinderjit Singh of Thana Dhilwan said that he had received information about the woman’s disappearance, on the basis of which investigation was started. In Goindwal Sahib, the police have taken Sonam’s body in their custody and sent it for post-mortem.

Meanwhile, the family has left Jalandhar. Sonam’s last message to the family was ‘I love you’. According to the information received, Sonam was mentally disturbed for a long time. The family has not confirmed anything like this.
