Monsoon to become active in Punjab

The monsoon, which was stopped on the Pathankot and Himachal border from 27 to 29 June, has moved ahead today. Monsoon has covered Gurdaspur, Amritsar, Tarn Taran, Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur, Nawanshahr, Mohali today. The Meteorological Department estimates that if the speed of monsoon remains good, then in the coming 2 to 3 days, monsoon will cover the entire Punjab.
