Patiala: DIG Patiala Range Patiala S. Mandeep Singh Sidhu has informed that on the basis of the Central Seniority Roster, a large number of constables posted in different districts under Patiala Range have been promoted to Officiating Head Constable after the meeting of the Departmental Promotional Committee (DPC).
He said that as a New Year gift, 73 constables of Patiala district, 19 constables of GRP, 18 constables of Sangrur, 10 constables of Barnala, and 6 constables of Malerkotla have been promoted. He has congratulated these police personnel who have been promoted.
He said that a total of 126 police personnel including 107 from 4 districts and 19 personnel of GRP under DIG Patiala Range have been given this promotion.
