NIA’s big action in Punjab, raids at 9 places in gangster-terror nexus case

Raids on about half dozen locations were carried out in Amarpura Basti and village Jandanwala of Maur Mandi. 

Chandigarh: In a major development, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has conducted raids at many places in the early morning. As per information, The NIA team is conducting raids at various locations across Sri Muktsar Sahib, Bathinda and Mansa in the early morning. Reportedly, the NIA has conducted raids in connection with a drug case.

According to preliminary information, the NIA has raided the house of a person named Amandeep in Sri Muktsar Sahib. Amandeep is currently lodged in Nabha jail. A case has been registered against him under the NDPS Act. Also, raid was conducted at various locations of Sandeep Dalla who is close to gangster Arshdeep Dalla in Bathinda.

In total, NIA has been carrying out raids at total 8 locations. Raids on about half dozen locations were carried out in Amarpura Basti and village Jandanwala of Maur Mandi.
