Non-bailable warrants issued against AAP’s women MLA from Moga

Chandigarh : The difficulties of the MLA from Moga have increased. A non-bailable warrant has been issued against Amandeep Kaur Arora for not appearing in court during the hearing of defamation case.

When she did not appear in the court during the hearing in the defamation case, a non-bailable warrant has been issued against Amandeep Arora. The next hearing of the case will be held on May 30.

On June 12 after the formation of the Aam Aadmi Party government, Amandeep Kaur Arora held a press conference and accused Satnam Singh of threatening the principal of a college by posing as fake PA. Satnam Singh Maheshri’s photo and phone number were also made public there.


The next day, Satnam filed a complaint against the MLA calling the allegations baseless, but the police did not take any action. Satnam did not receive a response to the legal notice of defamation on July 5.

The court accepted the plea of the petitioner on August 5 and summoned MLA Amandeep Arora on January 12. But she did not appear in the court, When the MLA did not appear even on April 12, a non-bailable warrant issued against her.
