Ludhiana: The team of anti-narcotic cell arrested a Jalandhar based drug peddler and recovered 3kg opium from his possession. The police also seized a Maruti Baleno car which the accused was driving. The accused has been identified as Mankirat Singh of village Sarih of Jalandhar district. The police arrested the accused near village Jhande cut.
