Chandigarh: Punjab government on Monday announced transfers of five senior IAS officers with immediate effect.  According to the notification issued by the Punjab Government Alok Shekhar, IAS (1994), has been appointed Additional Chief Secretary, Home Affairs, replacing Gurkirat Kirpal Singh.
