Passport seva center to soon open in Tarn Taran, Says MP Dimpa

Punjab desk: Member of Parliament Sardar Jasbir Singh Gill Dimpa held an important meeting with the  MoS External Affairs and  in-charge of Passport Department V Murli Dharan. He gave detailed information to the Minister that about 600 applications for new passports come to Amritsar Passport Seva Kendra from District Tarn Taran every day but due.

He gave detailed information to the Minister that about 600 applications for new passports come to Amritsar Passport Seva Kendra from District Tarn Taran every day but due to shortage of staff there is a lot of wastage of people’s time as well as money. He apprised minister about the hardships faced by people due to long appointment wait.

After listening to everything carefully, the Minister immediately instructed the Central Director of Passports to take immediate action on the new Passport Seva Center to be built in District Tarn Taran Sahib and start it as soon as possible.
