Chandigarh: In a major breakthrough, Punjab Police has achieved big success in the Pathankot Kidnapping Case. The Police arrested two main persons involved in the case from Cuncolin, Goa. The information about the arrest of two persons has been shared by Punjab DGP Gaurav yadav on his X handle.
In a post on X, DGP Yadav shared a picture of the arrested accused in the Pathankot Kidnapping case. He thanked DGP Goa for excellent support and cooperation in the inter-state operation and added that further investigation is ongoing to find other leads in the case.

Pathankot 6-Year-old Kidnapping Case
Few days back, a six-year-old child was abducted by two persons. The child who was studying in a prestigious city school was kidnapped by two persons during afternoon. The prompt and swift action by the Pathankot police led to the rescue of the child within hours. The child was rescued from Nurpur in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh.
The abducted child, Maahir Bhandari is son of famous businessman Badal Bhandari. He was kidnapped right outside of his house when he was returning from school and was about to enter his house. In the video, it was seen that two kidnappers who were in a car kidnapped the child outside of his house. ransom of Rs 2 crore was demanded from the parents for the release of their child.
