Kapurthala: Due to a personal dispute in a family living in America, resident of village Narangpur in Kapurthala district. In this incident, the brother died on the spot due to bullet injury, while the mother is undergoing treatment in the hospital. It is being told that after this incident, the accused committed suicide after going a little distance from the house. The police reached the spot and took the bodies of both of them in their custody and admitted the mother of the accused to the hospital. Investigation of the incident has started.
The family member of the deceased, former Sarpanch Sarabjit Singh Pappal told that his uncle, former Sarpanch Surat Singh, whose son Bhupinder Singh lived in Rich-Mundhill, America for the last 40 years with his two sons Karamjit Singh Multani and Vipanpal Multani.
Last night when Bhupinder Singh’s elder son Karamjit Multani came home, he shot his 26-year-old younger brother Vipanpal Multani who was sleeping in his room. Hearing the sound of the bullet, his parents came out. During the rescue, the mother also got shot.
Accused Karamjit Multani left the house and after which the family members informed the police. The US police reached the spot and sent the injured woman to the hospital for treatment. While during this incident, Vipan Multani was found dead. After this incident, when the police went out in search of the killer, the killer youth was also found dead one kilometer away from the house. To know the real reason behind the incident, the police have sealed the house while investigating various aspects.
When the news of this incident reached village Narangpur, a wave of mourning spread in the village. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the entire area and among the relatives. The condition of the deceased youth’s elderly grandmother and relatives living in the village is bad.
