Chandigarh: Punjab BJP Chief Sunil Jakhar heaped praises on PM Modi for his first decision. Today is first day of Modi government 3.0 and the first file signed by PM Modi was related to 17th installment of PM Kisan Nidhi.
Praising PM Modi and the BJP-led NDA government, BJP Chief Sunil Jakhar said that the government is committed to safeguarding the interests of farmers. In a post on X, he applauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for taking decision in the welfare of farmers.
In a post on X he said, “In the very first decision of the new Cabinet, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has approved the release of next installment of the PM Kissan Nidhi. Kudos to the PM for this decision taken for the welfare of our farmers. Our Government is committed to safeguarding the interests of our Anndatas.”
PM Modi’s first decision
PM Modi signed his first file authorizing the release of 17th installment of PM Kisan Nidhi. This move will benefit nearly 9.3 crore farmers and distribute around Rs 20,000 crores directly into their bank accounts.
After signing the file related to Kisan Nidhi Yojna of PM Modi said “Ours is a Government fully committed to Kisan Kalyan. It is therefore fitting that the first file signed on taking charge is related to farmer welfare. We want to keep working even more for the farmers and the agriculture sector in the times to come.”
