Talking about the other 19 districts of Punjab, a yellow alert has been issued there today due to heatwave, rain and strong winds.
Monsoon will be active at the end of June
According to the Meteorological Department, monsoon will become active in Punjab by the end of June. Monsoon will hit Punjab between 25 and 30 June. It is estimated that this year India is likely to receive 105 percent more rainfall than normal. If monsoon does not slow down by the time it reaches Punjab, then there is a possibility of good rain in Punjab as well.
