Chandigarh: In view of the consecration ceremony of Shri Ram Lalla in Ayodhya, the Chandigarh administration has announced holiday in the government institutions on January 22.
The circular issued said, “The Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtha at Ayodhya will be celebrated on 22nd January, 2024 across India. To enable employees to participate in the celebrations, it has been decided that all the Government Offices/ Boards/Corporations/Institutions including Industrial Establishments under the Chandigarh Administration will be closed on 22nd January, 2024.”
Yesterday Central Government of India also announced a half-day holiday in the government offices on January 22.
