Prostitution racket busted in Nabha: 11 including 9 women held by Police

Nabha: A case has been registered by the police of Kotwali Nabha police station against 9 women and two men who are engaged in the prostitution business.  Police station Kotwali Nabha has exposed the prostitution racket in Thathera Wale Mohalla of Nabha. The police station Kotwali Nabha has arrested 9 women and 2 men from their homes who were running this business by taking houses on rent. The action was taken by the police after receiving confidential information.

The police of Thana Kotwali Nabha have registered a case against all of them. On the other hand, the area’s residents have also breathed a sigh of relief. People lauded the action of the police as it was having a wrong impact on their children.

On this SHO Roni Singh of Police Station Kautwali Nabha said that they had received a tip-off that there was a prostitution business going on in Thatherawale Mahalla. Afer confirming the said information Police carried out a raid in which 9 women and 2 men were found on the spot. The kingpin of this racket Manju, has also been arrested and similar case was lodged against her earlier too.
