To improve the quality of education in government schools, the Punjab Government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann is continuously making efforts by providing exposures and training to the government school staff.
Last year in 2023, the Punjab Government sent principals of government schools for the first overseas visit to Singapore as well as headmasters to IIM Ahmedabad for training to equip them with updated knowledge and expertise in the field of education. The Education Minister had earlier even expressed that good coaches produce excellent players and an updated teacher will help in grooming able students for the future.
