Punjab Police arrests operative of foreign-based gangster Arsh Dala after exchange of fire

In a significant breakthrough in the fight against organized crime, the Anti Gangster Task Force (AGTF) Punjab, in collaboration with the Ludhiana Rural Police, arrested Krishan, a key operative of foreign-based Sidhwan Bet, in Ludhiana Rural.

Ludhiana: In a significant breakthrough in the fight against organized crime, the Anti Gangster Task Force (AGTF) Punjab, in collaboration with the Ludhiana Rural Police, arrested Krishan, a key operative of foreign-based Sidhwan Bet, in Ludhiana Rural.

According to reports, Krishan attempted to flee the scene and opened fire at the Police. In the retaliation fire, Krishan sustained a bullet injury to his right leg. He is suspected of being involved in the recent firing incident at the Ladoo Lekhe Wale jewellry Showroom in Jagraon on March 5. 2025, under the orders of his foreign-based handler, Arsh Dala.

The Police recovered 32 bore pistol along with 2 live cartridges from Krishan’s possession. Further investigations are underway. Punjab Police DGP Gaurav Yadav shared these update on his official X handle.
