Kullu : In McLeodganj, Dharamshala today, a fight broke out between two groups over eating food in a dhaba.
The fight escalated so much that a tourist Navdeep resident of Phagwara, Tehsil District Kapurthala lost his life. According to the information received, the police have arrested 6 people in this case. All are arrested and a case has been registered on them.
According to eyewitnesses, the mob included a few local taxi drivers also. “Navdeep fell on the ground and lost consciousness. He was declared ‘brought dead’ by doctors at a local hospital. . We have sent the body for postmem, and the exact cause of death will be known after that,” the officer added. Kangra SP Shalini Agnihotri said six people have been detained. A case of murder has been registered at McLeodganj police station.
