The temperature rose 4.6 degrees Celsius above normal. The highest temperature of 39.7 degrees Celsius has been recorded in Bathinda. At the same time, Chandigarh has recorded a temperature of 37.4 degrees Celsius. The temperature of all the districts and cities of the state is above 32.0 degree Celsius.
The southern parts are likely to be 40 to 42 degrees Celsius
According to the Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of rain from 4 to 10 April. At the same time, there has been 100% less rainfall in April so far. Usually 0.4 mm of rain occurs in April. But this time it did not happen. However, the temperature may increase by 3 to 5 degrees Celsius.
The maximum temperature is likely to be 32 to 36 degrees Celsius in the northern parts of the state, 36 to 38 degrees Celsius in the central part, 40 to 42 degree Celsius in the western and southern parts. At the same time, the minimum night temperature will also be more than 20 degrees Celsius.
