Jalandhar, June 1: June has begun. 6 days of Nautapa have passed. Due to repeated activation of Western Disturbance and storms, the temperature is continuously falling. Meanwhile, Nautapa will end on 2 June.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of heat wave for two days. There is a possibility of rain in the surrounding districts of Himachal Pradesh even today.
Talking about the last 24 hours, an increase of 1.4 degrees was recorded in the temperature. However, this also remains close to normal. The highest temperature in the state was recorded in Bathinda, where the mercury reached 44.1 degrees.
Rain in 6 districts of Punjab today
1 June- A yellow alert for rain has been issued in 6 districts of Punjab today. Rain is expected in Pathankot, Hoshiarpur, Nawanshahr, Rupnagar, Mohali and Fatehgarh Sahib today. However, the temperature will remain normal in the rest of Punjab.
2 June- Rain is expected in 14 districts on the last day of Nautapa. Rain alert has been issued in Pathankot, Hoshiarpur, Gurdaspur, Nawanshahr, Moga, Bathinda, Mansa, Barnala, Sangrur, Patiala, Ludhiana, Fatehgarh Sahib, Mohali and Rupnagar.
