About 150 families live in Amritsar. Hindu Sikh family who came to Amritsar after fleeing from Pakistan and Afghanistan rejoice with the implementation of CAA.
There are about 150 Hindu Sikh families in Amritsar, they have been living and doing their business here since 2005 and as many Hindu Sikh families had to get their visas every year. These families migrated from Peshawar in Pakistan, Sindh and Kabul in Afghanistan.
