Sidhu Moosewala murder case: Court sentences Deepak Tinu to 2 years, dismissed in-charge Pritpal Singh to 1 year and 11 months

Gangster Deepak Tinu who was involved in murder of singer Sidhu Moosewala, who was arrested from the CIA staff of Mansa, escaped on the night of October 1, 2022, while the Honorable Mansa Court today pronounced the verdict in the case, sentencing gangster Deepak Tinu to two years in prison and a fine of two thousand, while dismissed CIA in-charge Pritpal Singh to 1 year and 11 months in prison and a fine of 5000.

8 other persons named in this case have been acquitted. Gangster Deepak Tinu, who was arrested in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case, escaped from the CIA staff of Mansa on the night of October 1, 2022, with the help of dismissed CIA in-charge Pritpal Singh.

On October 2, the Mansa police registered a case and dismissed Pritpal Singh, after which a few months later, the Delhi Crime Branch team from Rajasthan arrested gangster Deepak Tinu.

In this case, 7 other people, including the female friend Jatinder Kaur Jyoti, who helped Deepak Tinu escape, were nominated, including Kuldeep Kohli, Bittu, Jatinder Jyoti, Rajinder Gora, Sunil Lohian, Sarabjot Singh, Rajbir Singh, Chirag, have been acquitted. It is worth mentioning that Chirag, brother of gangster Deepak Tinu, and Mansa police claimed to have recovered two illegal pistols and one illegal pistol from Bittu, while three pistols were also recovered from the residence of dismissed CIA in-charge Pritpal Singh.
