Mohali: In a major breakthrough, State Special Operation Cell (SSOC) Mohali dismantled the criminal network. The network was led by USA based Pavittar Chaura and Husandeep Singh of Chaura Madhre gang. The information is shared by DGP Gaurav Yadav himself on his X handle.
Three operatives of the gang namely, Lovejit Khakh, Gursewak Bamb & Bahadur Khan. The SSOC Mohali also seized one pistol, 15 cartridges and a Toyota Fortuner vehicle.
The arrested three operatives were wanted in number of criminal cases, including murder, attempted murders, dacoity, arms act, NDPS act, etc. As per police, they were living in Mohali ny concealing their actual identities.
