SSP Hoshiarpur Surinder Lamba and team solve blind murder case, arrest two accused from Ludhiana

The police arrested both the accused: Zarina Khatoon on December 14 and Gulzarpreet on December 16, and further legal proceedings have begun.

Hoshiarpur Police has made a major breakthrough by solving the mysterious murder that occurred in Tanda. SSP Surendra Lamba informed the media that on December 8, Tanda Police received information about the body of a young man lying in a field, with injuries on his body. A case was registered against unknown individuals, and an investigation began.

During the investigation, the police interrogated a woman, Zarina Khatoon, wife of Jaswinder Singh, a resident of Namdev Colony, Ludhiana, based on suspicion.

She revealed that on December 7, she was walking towards her friend Gulzarpreet Singh, also known as Preet, who lives in Rapur, and was talking to him on the phone while walking near the Chol Plaza in Cholang.

During this time, Ajay Kumar, son of Darshan Lal, a resident of Jallowal, Haryana, misbehaved with her. Gulzarpreet, who was listening to their conversation, became angry upon hearing it and reached the spot, where he struck Ajay on the head, killing him.
