Chandigarh: The students in Punjab who have not yet filled out the form for the compartment exam in classes 10 and 12 have been given time until June 20 by the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) to apply. After this, no one will be given a chance to apply.
The board has uploaded all the information in this regard to its website. Students will have to get all the information from the departmental website. However, the date sheet related to the exam had already been released. The exam will start in the first week of July.
Earlier, the schedule for classes 5th and 8th was released by PSEB. Accordingly, the deadline for students to fill out the exam form and fee online has been fixed for June 20. The students will have to submit a hard copy of the examination form to the regional offices by June 25. The fee for the examination form for class 5 has been kept at Rs 600. Whereas if the student wants to get a hard copy of the certificate, then he will have to pay a separate fee of Rs 200. Similarly, the fee for class 8 is Rs 950, and Rs 200 will have to be deposited for the certificate.
According to the information received from the board, the 5th exams will start on July 4th and continue until July 11th. The 8th grade exams will be held between July 4 and July 16. The 10th grade exams will be held from July 4th to July 16th, and the 12th grade exams will be held from July 4th to July 19th.
