3 injures in a truck collision in Bathinda

They were going to work in an auto, volunteers of a social service organization reached the spot.

Punjab: Three people including the auto driver were seriously injured in a truck collision near Nanhi Chhaon Chowk on Badal Road in Bathinda. As soon as the information of the incident was received, volunteers of the social service organization reached the spot with an ambulance and immediately took the three injured to the civil hospital.

The injured were identified as Harpreet Singh (22 years) son of Satnam Singh, resident of Anoop Nagar, Sandeep Singh (25 years) son of Manjeet Singh, resident of Anoop Nagar and Mohit Kumar (27 years) son of Mangat Rai, resident of village Phulo Mitti. The injured are being treated by doctors posted in the emergency department. Two young men have suffered serious injuries on their faces.

It is said that an auto was carrying passengers towards Badal Road. When it reached near Nanhi Chhaon Chowk, a truck hit it. On receiving information about the accident, the police reached the hospital and obtained information about the case from the injured.
