This large-scale recruitment event was organized simultaneously at 47 centers across the country. On this occasion, over 51,000 newly selected candidates for various central government departments were handed appointment letters. Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala, was also part of this program.

At the Rail Coach Factory in Kapurthala, Union Minister of State Shri Krishan Pal Gurjar attended the event as the chief guest. Representatives from various central government departments were also present, and appointment letters were distributed to the selected candidates. The General Manager of Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala, Shri S.S. Maan, welcomed the Hon’ble Minister.

Addressing the youth on this occasion, Union Minister of State Shri Krishan Pal Gurjar congratulated the newly appointed candidates and said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, over one million appointment letters have been distributed so far through these job fairs. On this occasion, 64 youth received their appointment letters at Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala.

He further said that through the job fair, the youth appointed in various departments have received the opportunity to serve the nation, and this initiative will act as a catalyst in the times to come.

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi also addressed the job fair via video conferencing. He congratulated the newly appointed youth, emphasizing that despite having different responsibilities across various departments, their common goal remains ‘service to the nation,’ guided by the principle of “citizen first.”

The Prime Minister advised the youth to keep upgrading themselves continuously. He said, “Once you get appointed, don’t sit back quietly. Dream big and aim far. Keep learning new things, bringing new results, and keep progressing. The country’s pride and satisfaction lie in your progress.”
