Subhash Singh Naujan, a young man named Subhash Singh, was found dead at home under mysterious circumstances this morning. The family and the villagers alleged that drugs are being sold openly in the village.
They also informed the police about it several times but the police never took any action. Gurmeet Kaur, Sarpanch of the village and wife of the deceased youth said that drugs are being sold in their neighborhood.
In this regard, she had also told the police, but her husband used to beat her while intoxicated, while the sarpanch said that he had given a resolution to the SP of Mansa for drug eradication in the village, but no action was taken.
