Youth stabbed to death in Ludhiana over dispute

Fight took place outside JMD Mall

According to the information, two youths surrounded a young man during a dispute near the petrol pump outside JMD Mall in front of the railway station late on Sunday night. Both the youths attacked the young man with knives. The youth, soaked in blood, kept screaming on the road, but no one saved him. As soon as the information was received, the PCR team reached the spot.

Who with the help of passersby, injured was rushed to the Civil Hospital where the doctor declared him dead. The hospital administration kept the body of the deceased in the mortuary and informed the police station Kotwali police about the matter.

The youths who brought the injured Sandeep to the hospital said that he had been collecting garbage and begging outside the railway station for a long time. Late on Sunday night, he had a fight with two youths over some issue. The said youths attacked him with knives. During the attack, Sandeep was stabbed several times on his stomach and back. Due to excessive bleeding, he died on the way before being taken to the hospital.
