Punjabi cinema’s legend Actor-Comedian Jaswinder Singh Bhalla passes away at 65

In shocking news for Punjabi film Industry, Famous comedian and veteran actor Jaswinder Singh Bhalla died this morning at Fortis Hospital in Mohali. He breathed his last at the age of 65. Jaswinder Singh  Bhalla left an indelible mark on the Punjabi entertainment world with his unique comic style and memorable characters he played. The news of his death has sent a wave of mourning in the Punjabi film industry and his fans.

Jaswinder Bhalla was one of those stars of Punjabi cinema who gave new heights to comedy. His comic timing, simplicity, and dialogue delivery full of sarcasm tickled the audience of every class. The last rites will be performed on August 23
According to the information, his last rites will be performed on August 23 at noon at Balongi crematorium in Mohali. A large number of people and artists are expected to gather for his last darshan.

Professor at PAU

Jaswinder Bhalla was a professor at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU). He also became the brand ambassador of PAU and during his tenure, he made a significant contribution in disseminating the university’s techniques and literature to the farmers. His entire focus was on serving the farming community and raising awareness.
