New Delhi: Defense Minister Rajnath Singh stated that India’s capability for swift, high-impact, and short-term military action was clearly demonstrated during Operation Sindoor. He commended the Indian Air Force’s (IAF) technical proficiency, operational agility, and strategic confidence.

The Defense Minister stated that the peaceful behavior of citizens during Pakistani attacks demonstrates growing confidence in India’s security preparedness. He urged IAF commanders to remain vigilant for future challenges and learn lessons from Operation Sindoor.

Rajnath Singh emphasized the decisive role of air power in modern warfare, noting that cyber warfare, AI, drones, satellite surveillance, and precision-guided weapons are becoming increasingly important. He described Operation Sindoor as a model of tri-service coordination and also praised the IAF’s humanitarian and disaster relief operations.
