There is tremendous anger among the Rajput community of Karnal against the controversial remarks made by Samajwadi Party (SP) MP Ramji Lal on Maharana Sanga. The Rajput community expressed anger against him at Rajput Bhawan in Sector 8 and demanded the cancellation of his Lok Sabha membership. The people of the community say that the MP has insulted not only Rana Sanga but the entire Kshatriya community with his statement.

The members of the Sabha, including the head of Karnal Rajput Sabha, Narendra Pratap Singh, said that Maharana Sanga was not just a great warrior but a symbol of courage, self-respect and indomitable valor. He had more than 80 wounds on his body, and despite losing one arm, one eye, and one leg, he stood firm on the battlefield. The people of the community said that making indecent remarks on Maharana Sanga is an insult not only to one person but to the entire Rajput community and the history of the country.

The people of the Rajput community demanded from the government that strict action should be taken against those who make irresponsible statements that hurt the dignity of national heroes. He said that such statements are an attempt to divide society and distort history. The government should make strict laws on such comments so that in future ,no one can dare to hurt the honor of great men.

Samajwadi Party MP Ramji Lal Suman had said in the Rajya Sabha on Saturday that the BJP people repeatedly say that they have Babur’s DNA. I want to know who brought Babur? Rana Sanga brought Babur to defeat Ibrahim Lodi. If Muslims are the children of Babur, then you people are the children of that traitor Rana Sanga. It should be decided in India that we criticize Babur, but do not criticize Rana Sanga.
