Ram Temple Theft Case: Champat Rai Questioned, Supreme Court Declines Urgent Hearing

Champat Rai, Anil Mishra and Gopal Rao were questioned in the Ayodhya Ram temple offering theft case. Their statements were recorded. After this, Champat Rai went to Delhi. Here, the police reached the Ayodhya Dham branch of SBI at 10.30 am on Monday to investigate the accounts of 8 accused in jail. The accounts of 7 accused are in this branch. The police took bank statements. Now it will be investigated how much money came into their accounts after the job in the temple. The police have also given notice to 2 employees of the bank.

All 8 accused will be produced in court on Monday. The police can seek the remand of the accused. However, before that, the lawyers of Ayodhya held a big meeting. It was decided that no lawyer will fight the case of the accused of offering theft. At the same time, Champat Rai, Gopal Rao and Anil Mishra demanded to leave Ayodhya. Warned of agitation if they did not leave.
