‘Ramayana’ Trailer to Premiere Worldwide on July 24; Makers Confirm Global Launch

Mumbai: The makers of Nitesh Tiwari’s much-awaited mythological epic ‘Ramayana’ have officially announced that the film’s trailer will premiere worldwide on July 24, marking the next major milestone in one of Indian cinema’s most anticipated projects. The announcement was made through the film’s official social media handles, adding to the growing excitement among fans.

The trailer is expected to offer audiences a deeper look into the film’s grand scale, visual effects and star-studded cast, which includes Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Yash as Ravana, Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman and Ravi Dubey as Lakshman.

Global Launch Planned at Comic-Con

According to the makers, the trailer will receive a worldwide premiere on July 24, with the launch planned as a global event at Comic-Con 2026, underlining the film’s international ambitions. The strategy reflects the team’s effort to position Ramayana as a cinematic spectacle for audiences across the world.

One of India’s Biggest Film Projects

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra, Ramayana is envisioned as a two-part adaptation of the ancient Indian epic. The film has generated significant buzz for its large-scale production, extensive visual effects and international collaboration.

The music for the film is composed by A.R. Rahman and Hans Zimmer, while the project is being backed by Prime Focus Studios, DNEG and Monster Mind Creations.
