Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale’s troubles increase: Sessions Judge orders lower court to prosecute and summon him

Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale’s troubles seem to be increasing in the case of making obscene remarks against two Sikh preachers. The Additional District and Sessions Judge of Fatehgarh Sahib has issued orders to prosecute and summon the lower court on Monday.

Giving information in this regard, Advocate Amardeep Singh Dharni said that the Additional District and Sessions Judge has ordered to summon the lower court against Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale.

He said that this order was issued by Justice J.S. Mehndiratta, who accepted the revision petition in the defamation case filed by Shiromani Committee member Bhai Gurpreet Singh Randhawa, and issued orders to prosecute and summon the lower court against Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale.

What was the whole matter?

He said that in 2019, a defamation case was filed against Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale, but the lower court did not order Sant Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale to appear in court for some reason, against which Shiromani Committee member Bhai Gurpreet Singh Randhawa had challenged the orders of the lower court by filing a revision petition with the Additional District and Sessions Judge Fatehgarh Sahib, which the Additional Sessions and District Judge, while accepting the revision, has issued orders to the lower court to summon Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale.

Advocate Amardeep Singh Dharni said that Sant Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale had made derogatory remarks against Sikh preacher Bhai Hari Singh Randhawa and his son Shiromani Committee member Bhai Gurpreet Singh Randhawa, in his daily diwan.
