Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta spoke about the challenges and opportunities faced by women in politics during the India TV She Conclave held in New Delhi. Addressing the gathering, Gupta shared her personal journey in politics and emphasised the growing participation of women in leadership roles across the country.

During the session, the Chief Minister highlighted how women today are increasingly stepping into decision-making positions in governance, administration, and public life. She said that while politics has traditionally been dominated by men, the situation is gradually changing as more women choose to enter public service and leadership.
