Horrific accident in Amritsar: Three crushed to death by Truck

A horrific accident took place in Amritsar, Punjab, late on Friday night when a truck crushed three people. According to the information received, the three died on the spot in the accident on the Ajnala Road Bypass.

After receiving information about the case, the police reached the spot and recovered the bodies. The bodies were immediately sent for postmortem. The police have taken the driver into custody and started an investigation.

The investigating officer said that the 18-wheeler truck was going from Mahla to Ajnala. It was loaded with iron girders. The bikers were chasing the truck. Suddenly, the truck overturned and hit the bikers behind. After the incident, the relatives of the deceased reached the spot, and information is being collected from them.
