Road accident in Kullu: Car crash kills 3, were returning after celebrating birthday and New Year

Three people died, and a young woman was seriously injured in a horrific road accident in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, last night. The injured woman is receiving treatment at Kullu Hospital. Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation.

The deceased man has been identified as Satpal, a resident of Kullu, while the identities of the two deceased women are being ascertained. It is reported that Satpal’s birthday was on December 31st. He had gone to Kasol with three friends to celebrate his birthday and New Year’s.

Around 1 AM last night, while returning from Kasol, their car first hit a parapet near Bhutnath and then went under a truck parked on the roadside. With the help of local residents, the police, after considerable effort, managed to pull all four occupants out of the wrecked vehicle.

The deceased was a Tattoo Artist

The deceased, Satpal, was a tattoo artist. He ran a shop in Akhara Bazaar, Kullu. He is no longer with us. The post-mortem examinations of all three bodies will be conducted at Kullu Hospital today. After that, the bodies will be handed over to their families. A wave of grief has swept across the entire area following this tragic accident.
