Bathinda: Robbers looted Rs 60,000 by showing sharp-edged weapons to shopkeepers. Old age shopkeeper scuffle with the robbers but they pushed him back and and took the cash from counter and fled from spot. All the robbery incident captured in CCTV Camara.
In Bathinda’s posh Kamala Nehru colony, four youths who came in an e-rickshaw robbed a shopkeeper of Rs 60,000 by showing sharp-edged weapons. On the shopkeeper’s complaint, the police reached there and started investigating by examining the CCTV.
Kamala Nehru Colony resident Naresh Kumar said that last night two youths entered in his with their faces covered, one youth was standing outside the shop and another youth was sitting in the e-rickshaw. Two youths in the shop robbed the shopkeeper by showing sharp-edged weapons.
ASI Manfool Singh of Cantt police station said that the police have registered a case on the statement of the shopkeeper. According to the shopkeeper, Rs 60,000 has been robbed from his shop, the police is investigating the CCTV cameras and the criminals will be arrested soon.
